Commercial/Noncommercial Applicator Pesticide Training

Commercial Applicator is a certified applicator, whether or not he or she is a private applicator with respect to some uses, who uses any pesticide that is classified for restricted use for any purpose or on any property other than as provided by private applicator definition. Commercial applicator shall also include any person who applies lawn care or structural pest control restricted or general use pesticides to the land of another person For Hire or compensation. Noncommercial Applicator is a certified applicator who applies restricted use pesticides only on lands owned or controlled by his or her employer or for a governmental agency or subdivision of the state.
